How We Work Together
Before we get to work building you a beautiful and functional website, you’ll need to make a few decisions. You’ll need to choose a domain name, a website platform, photos, colours, fonts, etc.
(Ok, it’s more than just a few decisions – and we can help.)
We’ll also need to know:
- What information your website needs to have.
- How you want your website to look.
- How you DON’T want your website to look.
Next, you’ll gather the photos, text, and other materials for your website and we’ll create a few web design options for you to review.
Once you’ve made your choice and shared your materials with us, we create a project timeline and get to work!

What platforms do you work in?
We work in all website platforms, including WordPress, Squarespace, and Wix.
What's the timeframe for building a new website?
It all depends on the type of website and the number of pages you need. The turnaround time for websites of 5 pages and under is typically pretty quick—we can often complete the project within a week of receiving all of your photos, website copy, etc.
Larger builds and websites with e-commerce integrations take longer.
Regardless of the website package you choose, we will work with you to create a project timeline, so you’ll know what to expect from us and when to expect it.
Will I be able to update my website myself?
Yes! All of our website packages include a detailed training guide that will show you how to make edits and updates on your own.
If you’re not comfortable making your own updates (or just don’t have the time), we can help with that, too!
