What industries do you work in?

Since launching our business in 2016, Blue Elephant has worked with 30+ small businesses to provide digital marketing, social media, and website support for B2B and B2C clients.

As a small business ourselves, we understand the unique challenges facing small business owners and solopreneurs.

Marketing principles are similar across the board – the audience and content change.  We love learning about new industries and bringing “new eyes” to your marketing.

Shouldn't we be meeting in person?

If you’re near the Toronto area – sure!  We’d love to come and say hello in person. 

But we work with clients across Canada, the US,  and the UK over Zoom or Google Meet.  (We’ll use Teams if you want us to, but we’re allergic to it….)  Honestly, we’re going to show you things on our screens anyway!

We may be a “remote” team but we’re not “remote”….if you know what we mean!

Bonus: No need to change out of your pyjamas for early morning meetings! (Or any time. We don’t judge.)

How do you collaborate effectively?

First, we set up a project plan with you so we have clear deliverables and deadlines. You’ll know where your project stands and when to expect the next step.

We work in Google Workspace, setting up access to our Google Drive for you, so you always have access to your files.  We can also use Dropbox or OneDrive, if that’s how your team works.    

We establish a regular meeting schedule and can connect via email or phone in between as needed.  We’ve been doing this online since before the pandemic.  Collaboration is our thing.

We also understand your budgets and how you need to do a lot with very little.  Our pricing structure allows you to mix and match services to suit your needs and we’ll help you find ways to stretch your dollar as far as possible.

One of our favourite things is working with new marketing graduates through internships and government-funded programs. Our interns bring fantastic new ideas and can help us offer you more savings on your projects.  They’re fully supervised and have their work vetted by us before it comes to you.
