Can we start small and grow later?
Absolutely! You can start with a small package and then add on work at an hourly rate. If we do our job, you’ll grow and WANT to expand services!
What if we have a busy season and a quiet season?
Quiet season? If you have a quiet season, we want to know your secret!
For many of the arts organizations, it’s more about cash flow than it is for “volume of work”.
We work with you to structure payments to make sure they match your income patterns.
What about ad spend? How does that work?
We can help you set up your ad accounts with your credit card so that billing comes directly to you. You’re paying us for our expertise and time.
How long are your contracts?
When we start working with a client on a monthly retainer, we initially commit to 3 months together. That helps us learn your voice, get into a rhythm, and test your audience responses.
Then, if we’re a good fit for each other, we’ll complete a contract for the rest of the year.
And all our contracts have a very fair policy around cancellation.
